Customer will not receive paintings until bill is paid in full.

Cost of work does not include shipping, handling and insurance. All purchases are final.

If works requested for purchase are in a gallery, these terms are null and void.

A copy of these terms will be issued to every buyer as of December 2004.

Buyers of original works must sign an agreement to allow or not allow their art works to be sold as prints to the general public, by Adam Hayward or all other companies contacted by Adam Hayward as of Dec 2004.

Artist retains all rights to reproduction of any original work.
